Not just anyone.

While keeping her needs and pain points in mind,

we created a scenario for Joy, then constructed

a map to help us visualize her emotions as

she attempts to accomplish her goal.

This allows us to clearly see the lowest moments in

her journey, moments where we have an

opportunity to help her out.

Here, our ideas and sketches came to life in the

form of low-fidelity wireframes, which we

used to test our product's usability.
